Well, better late than never- for the third year in a row, I’ve signed up for the 5×50 Challenge.
This challenge encourages all participants to carry out 5k of walking, running or cycling each day or 30 minutes of activity- an exercise class, fitness DVD or strength training.

I’ve never signed up to this before as the timing was never right to aim for 5k a day, but with the 30 mins of activity option, I think I might join you this time.

I’ve never heard of this before. I agree, I’m not sure about the 5K a day, but I know I can do 30 minutes and who knows, those 30 may just turn out to be a 5K accidently. 🙂 Let’s do this.
