Well, the house has been de-Christmassed, we’ve unpacked from all of our recent adventures, and for us, the New Year routine starts tomorrow.
Back to running more routinely, back to eating better, back to planning for all of our 2014 adventures!

Back to (our version of) normal tomorrow. I have to admit, while I am not looking forward to going back to work, I am looking forward to getting some routine back. It’s all a big hodge podge at the moment. However, that said, it is a “boo” on only being able to run in the daylight at weekends again.

Oh yeah, my normal routine never really left for more than the holiday itself really. We had to work all the other days surrounding them unfortunately.
Boo to working; but I guess sticking to the routine is definitely a good thing!
I’m pretty much the only one who hasn’t had a vacay yet. That comes in a few days!!! Have fun at work whilst I’m in sunny florida!

Fortunately I don’t go back to normal (read: work) for another week. Have some long runs planned for this week as I’ll be back only having long runs on Sunday after next week

I started my routine yesterday.
I let myself enjoy the last few days of my vacation in January.and eat what I wanted. But as of yesterday MyFitnessPal app and I became friends again.
Good for you getting back on track.
