Monday Motivation 

OK. Last week didn’t go to plan. Or to be more precise, last week had no plan. I had a rare week where I did hardly any exercise, and I ate why I liked. Oops. 

I am now paying the price for that, feeling a bit rubbish and sluggish, and my jeans are a little too tight for comfort!

So, it’s back on track this week when I can- I do have a really busy week ahead, but I’ve started well today with my eating back on track and a spooky WAR class in the bag 👍🏻

We all have occasional blow outs, but that’s ok if it’s only once in a while, and if we rein it back in.
