Did you have a good week? Mine has flown by, the weekend has been really busy so I feel like I’m chasing my tail a bit today: I’m even behind with posting my 5×50 Challenge updates, oops! I am on track, though.
Last week was pretty full on:
Tuesday: Pound and then Zumba
Wednesday: Jog Scotland
I then did a ton of walking on Saturday and Sunday. I am short in my running for the week, though, so I’ll definitely need to squeeze a long run in at some point in the next few days. How, I’m not quite sure!
