These are all great reasons, and so many of them too! But oooh, I have a whole lot of far less sensible reasons for exercising as well (not all of them could, or should, be mentioned in public). Some include guilt-free-chocolate-munching and general feeling of supreme awesomeness… I wonder if I could come up with 50 non-sensible reasons for exercising! Hmmm! You’ve inspired me, thank you!
