Well, now that we’re at the end of Movember, and staring down the barrel of December (yay!) I thought I’d do a quick Movember round-up.
Favourite run this month?
@TheWelshWookie and I really enjoyed the MoRun earlier this month:
And @TheWelshWookie has been sporting his Mo all month:
All in the name of charity 😉
I was delighted to find out that my MoRun race report was mentioned on the Mo Running website’s MoBlog!
Favourite food this month? Well, it’s been a toss-up between a bag of metcalfe’s popcorn and my pizza and salad last week:
What has been your Movember highlight?
Need to sponsor Tony. Can you post a link?
P.S. Where’s the pizza from?? 🙂
It’s from Waitrose 🙂 delish!
That pie looks good!
My Movember highlight? Hmmm…Oh, I know, winning 2 Emmy’s was pretty nice. Haha!
Lol! Canny beat that one!
Love the mo medal! The Point to Pinnacle was a Movember event, that was my highlight 🙂 That’s awesome that your race report was included on the Mo Running website!!! Awesome!
Thanks! Point to Pinnacle looked brilliant 🙂
I think any food with the name skinny in the title is good for you……right?! The food looked awesome… And like things I recognize! 🙂
Lol! Skinny is ALWAYS good in my book!
Best November running moment was a new 5k PB. Food moment – 3hr slow cooked pulled pork tacos on Saturday. Not the ‘skinny’ version…
Great news on the blog by the way. Excellent!
Those sound amazing!
Delicious and oh so easy. And they’re not really that bad. Pork shoulder cooked in a broth of stock, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chilli and a can of coke. Served in shells with white cabbage ‘cooked’ with sweet chilli sauce, and guacamole of avocado and Greek style natural yoghurt. Sounds almost like it could be healthy!
